MH

A 23yo male is noted to have significant tachycardia, hypercapnea, and elevated temperature at the end of an appendectomy.  Initially it is thought that the temperature is from his disease, the tachycardia is from neostigmine, but all numbers seem "out of whack", and he is brought to the PACU with a diagnosis of MH.
